Built new in 2011 and lovingly maintained, its entire second floor space maximizes the stunning ocean, mountain and town views with full-on island feeling. Imagine both of you watching the sunset, sharing a delicious meal, and stargazing from your own private hot tub surrounded by cabana draperies.
Upon arrival, ascend a gracious exterior stairway to your large lanai (deck) with comfortable dining and lounging furniture. Take in the soft curves and waves of Maui's shoreline with the evening necklace of lights along Ma’alaea Bay. Close the cabana draperies and relax in the warmth of your own hot tub. Be amazed at the stars, moon and Milky Way. Luxuriate together in what may well be among the dreamiest love nests ever.

The guesthouse was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and Hutt was always available if we needed anything. “My husband and I had a fantastic time at Hutt and Greg’s place. It’s quiet, well appointed, very clean, and has a fantastic view. Great location because you’re close to Kihei and Wailea but away from the crowds and noise. The bed is very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and well lit, and it was very convenient having laundry in the unit. All appliances were new and worked great. Hutt and Greg were very gracious hosts and quickly responded whenever we had questions or needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here!”
“If you are on the fence about this place— just go for it! My wife and I just celebrated our Honeymoon here and it was the highlight of our trip and we were sad to leave. The house is AMAZING… beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. Everything is as seen in the photos if not better than in the photos. The view from the balcony is stunning, the retractable awning gives you shade in the day time and allows for stargazing at night, the hot tub gets HOT and is very private, the interior is clean and aesthetically wonderful, comfy king size bed, and an excellent shower that felt like you were standing under a waterfall! I could go on and on mentioning the additional accommodations — thoughtful gifts upon arrival, beach chairs and a cooler to take down to the shore — they even helped us set up a massage on site! This place has it all and Hutt and Greg do a tremendous job communicating so you know that they have your back but also give you all the privacy you could want. The hosts embody my wife and I’s reason for preferring Airbnb over hotels — it’s the people you meet who genuinely care that you have a great experience at their place who feel more like friends/family than just business owners. Besides being very sweet and accommodating they also inspire us to have a beautiful place like theirs one day. Amazing! Whole lot of aloha here… 10 out of 10! Mahalo <3”
“Hutt truly earns the Superhost name, it was clear to us during our stay that he would do anything he could to make our stay in paradise that much better. He communicates extremely well and the views from the deck simply cannot be beat. The island has so much to explore and see that it seems no amount of time would be enough to see everything, but Hutt’s house is positioned well to easily access all the island has to offer. Whether we were on the road to Hana or one of Maui’s many beautiful beaches it was great to know that we could come ‘home’ to such a peaceful place each night. My wife and I only wish we could get rid of those pesky quotation marks around ‘home.”
