This property has everything I look for in a stay: unique attributes (outdoor shower and hot tub), top-shelf amenities (a kitchenette with everything I needed, incredible linens and pillows), private and perfectly situated in the hills above Wailea. Hutt and Greg's hosting hits the sweet spot between knowing they are there if you need anything and feeling like you have the entire property to yourself. Count yourself lucky to stay here.

“If you are like us and you don’t want to be packed in resort villages and around people all of the time, Hutt and Greg’s place is perfect!! This unit is very private and has a beautiful view of four or five Hawaiian Islands, depending on how you count. We saw multiple awesome sunsets and whales in the distance just sitting on the porch. We ate breakfast on the porch nearly every day as well. Their property is gorgeous and well-maintained and has dedicated private parking. We preferred being in Kihei and near Wailea as opposed to other towns because comparatively, Kihei felt somewhat less touristy than the more ritzy and large Lahaina, but had more amenities than say Kahului or Wailuku. It’s also centrally located so it never felt like too far of a drive to get to any part of the island and we got to see a lot of it in our week there. Their place has access to two hot tubs (we especially liked the private one), a functional kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, blender, fancy toaster oven that we used to make baked eggs and toast), washer/dryer, Great bathroom and outdoor shower for the hot tub, streaming TV and big king bed. We were so grateful that their place was available for our week away for my husband‘s birthday. We hope if we get back to Maui that we would stay here again. Hutt was very hospitable, gave us a great orientation, some fresh papayas and Greg took care of the one very small problem that we had quickly. Definitely recommend!! It’s not cheap to stay but it was worth it for the privacy, great accommodations, and location.”

“This was my second stay here at this Air BnB and I cannot recommend it enough. It is unequivocally my favorite place to stay on the island. It's cheaper than the resorts and it's more private and tranquil than the resorts, plus the western view from the hot tub (which is functionally private) is unmatched. If you're looking for a tranquil and romantic paradise getaway, this is it. Hutt is also a gracious and charming host who truly understands good hospitality. He'll offer recommendations and come by to chat, but he's not intrusive and is happy to let you enjoy your time without interruption if that's your preference. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough and I know I'll definitely be back in the future.”

“My partner and I stayed at Hutt and Greg’s beautiful studio for our five-year anniversary and it was the best Airbnb stay we’ve had. This is our second time in Maui and we’ve been to other islands a handful of times as well. The place itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. There were welcome snacks and drinks on the kitchen counter and it had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels. They also provided us with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which came in handy every day we went to the beach. We loved the amazing views from the lanai and hot tub: it overlooks the ocean and is great to catch the sunset there. Location was perfect: a short drive to plenty of restaurants, shops, beaches, everything! And their place is up in the hills so it’s private, nice and quiet/chill. Hutt and Greg were very communicative and check in/out process was seamless. I loved how welcoming and kind they are. I highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Some of the most memorable parts of our vacation in Maui happened at Hutt & Greg’s wonderful place. It was magical: The house itself is a piece of art. The lush courtyard filled with tropical plants and flower trees smells amazing. During the sunset, the plants cast shadows into the room and the lighting was so beautiful. We enjoyed jumping in the ocean-facing hot tub to see the coastline after a long day and sitting on the lanai under a full moon to admire the moonlit ocean, stars and lights afar. We’ve never felt more relaxed and connected to the nature. Needless to say, this place satisfies every criterion for a great stay, it is very clean, comfortable, conveniently located with access to groceries and restaurants. But hey, this place is beyond just a stay, the whole experience is simply amazing. So if you’re lucky enough to stay at Hutt & Greg’s, I strongly encourage you to make the best of your time there to relax and enjoy. The whole experience is made possible by Hutt and Greg. “Sexy is right! The moment you drive up the steep driveway, park in your own spot, and turn around for the view, (wow, those views), we knew this was the place for us. We could see the ocean for miles, the calm and quiet warm breezes, and the private gated entrance is indeed sexy. An architect's home and he and his partner spared no expense. An adjoined studio attaches to their main house but you’d never know they were even there. Except for the excellent communication, greeting, and tour upon arrival and a few passes in the driveway, we felt very secluded in our perfect private roomy studio. With its own private porch facing the ocean, perched above and away from the racket of the high-end hotels of Wailea, we immediately felt at home. We love being high above in the hills away from the crowds yet only short drives into Wailea and Kihei for dining and shops, and of course the beach. Literally 5 minutes away and we were on the sand of the closest beach. A private hot tub all to ourselves and an outdoor shower made it even more perfect. The owners went above and beyond to meet our expectations and they were happy to accommodate. A massive room contained a firm comfortable bed with some extra blankets for the cooler nights in December. A large counter island was perfect to work on the laptop, make a full meal and even fold laundry with the washer and dryer off in the corner. Pack light as you can do your wash and dry in the space. Every amenity was thought out and provided. Plenty of towels for the bath, beach chairs and separate beach towels, an umbrella and thermal cooler for the beach, and a drip coffee maker in addition to a French press for that delicious Hawaiian coffee were just some of the extras that made it so easy to stay here. A few snacks, chocolates, and drinks already chilled in the fridge topped it off. We were lucky to snag an open week that this luxe modern studio. If you have a chance to stay here it was hands down the most perfect place we’ve stayed on Maui. Thank you, Hutt and Greg! And Mahalo. We will be back soon.”

The property is gorgeous with spectacular ocean views and everything is so clean. Upon arrival Hutt greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the property giving us details about various items such as light switches, showers, hot tubs, etc. He ensured us that he was available for whatever we needed, but that our privacy was also very important to him. During our stay we never would have known that Hutt was living next door, we had all of the privacy that we needed, which was important to us on our honeymoon. This place is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. Hutt takes such pride in ensuring his guests enjoy themselves and it shows. He is super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and having a good time. He gave us great recommendations for local beaches and hikes. The apartment is incredibly welcoming with perfect ocean and island views. It was exactly as pictured. We looked forward to sunsets from the lanai—they were some of the best of the entire trip! Just about anything and everything we wanted was there. I will definitely be recommending Hutt’s place to family and friends and hope to be able to stay here again in the future.
At the beginning of our trip Hutt gave us a warm welcome and wish for us to relax and find aloha while in Maui—we definitely found that spirit and are incredibly grateful for his hospitality.

We stayed in Hutt's SkyLoft for 8 days. It offered everything that we could ask for. The place is well furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. Hutt was extremely welcoming and gave a great introduction to the property and the area in general. The location is extremely convenient to both Kihei and Wailea so you have you choice of many beaches and restaurants just a short drive away. The neighborhood is very quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the resort areas. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. We spent most of morning and evening time on the lanai. The sunset view is amazing. This place would be at the top of my list should we one day return to Maui.

An incredible stay! It's hard to speak highly enough of this rental. We spent 8 days here and probably spent more time than we should have at home in the Airbnb, lounging outside on the deck taking in the view, soaking in the hot tub, and relaxing on the couch. Hutt is an excellent host - welcoming and available, with great tips for what to explore in the area. It's clear that much love and care has been put into hosting this space, and it adds up to a wonderful stay for guests. Very happy to have found this place, and would love to come back.

In their welcome book Hutt and Greg say they want their place to feel like “home base” for you during your trip and thats a perfect way to describe it. It’s the perfect location to come back to after a long day at the beach or a day in Hana or Haleakala. Hutt and Greg instantly make you feel like you have two great friends on Maui. They gave fantastic recommendations and are always very quick to respond to anything. The home is just a few minutes up the hill from the beach so it’s got a very secluded quiet feel but it’s really easy to get to anywhere you want to go locally (3 minutes to an incredible local, not crowded beach Hutt recommended). Inside you’ve got everything you need including a very nice washer and dryer. Outside there’s a private hot tub and an incredible day bed with an incredible view of the ocean, which is very easy to take a nap on after a morning in the sun. There’s a nice private outdoor dining table, and we very quickly decided we preferred dinners there to any restaurant, no matter how nice the restaurant was. We had an absolutely perfect stay, and the apartment was a big part of that. When we come back to Maui, which we will, we won’t bother to look anywhere else to stay.

Hutt’s place is a dream. The spectacular view takes your breath away the instant you walk through the door, and that’s only after you walk through the impeccably kept grounds. The space itself is perfect for a couple, and is furnished with everything you could need for a clean, comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a tranquil, serene place to stay, this is it. The location worked perfectly for us, as it was far enough away from the heavily trafficked and touristy areas, but still a short drive away from the bustling parts should you need anything. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings just taking in the sights and sounds, and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Hutt was extremely kind and welcoming, and helped make our honeymoon so memorable. Aloha and mahalo!

This was the perfect spot for our honeymoon: ultimate privacy in an upscale apartment with an amazing view (especially at sunset!) The hosts were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! The washer and dryer had not arrived yet due to the Covid shortage, but Hutt and Greg did our laundry twice to a professional level! They even hung my husband’s shirts to dry! The location in Kihei was AMAZING and we were able to get to all parts of the island easily! After putting almost 1000 miles on our rental car, we really explored the island and think this was the most convenient location to see everything! We felt we were close to the best beaches and snorkeling spots on the island too! I would recommend anyone staying on Maui to stay here! We feel blessed to have found it!

Wow.. it is better than the pictures.
Everything is thought through for the guests.
The property is really unique and hosts really take care.
The mornings are so beautiful, do take in the view, sound of the song birds of maui.
You don’t have to drive to a location for a beautiful sunset, when you can see it from the patio.
Its closer to great restaurants/beaches/pubs.
Do ask hosts for their local favorites.. they have some really nice tips.
We would recommend the property highly.

We really enjoyed this home! Incredible view from the lanai - much better than the pictures can even capture. We were even able to spot humpback whales using the binoculars in the home. We were unable to meet the hosts due to us being on the go so much, but check in was incredibly easy and although the unit is attached to the main house, we felt that we had all the privacy we needed and never heard any sounds from neighbors. The hot tub was a nice amenity to return to at the end of the day. Incredibly detailed info provided n anything you could possibly need while staying at the air bnb. It is about the size of a small hotel suite, so I wouldn't recommend more than two people staying but we were comfortable as a couple. Great place to end your days exploring Maui! Would definitely return.

WOW, my husband and I spent 10 nights at Hutt’s place. It exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely return, and highly recommend to a couple or solo traveler, looking for a very special place to stay while in Maui. Hutt was easy and prompt in responding to any questions. Met us upon arrival to give us our door code and made sure we had everything we needed. If crowded resorts and loud surroundings are something you enjoy, this is NOT the place for you. This home is completely private, quiet neighborhood, with breathtaking views, stars that fill the night sky, and the moonlight!! Comfortable and upscale outdoor space, sofa chase, two chairs , and table, as well as beautiful draperies that can be hooked neatly in place, or wrapped around the back deck, to relax in the shade, with a sweet Hawaiian breeze blowing, completely surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes and golf course soft grass. The out door shower, was my favorite, nothing quite like showering with the birds singing, looking out at the ocean, steps away from the main bathroom, tiled shower with yummy smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and endless bath towels and beach towels. You can actually sit on the toilet watching the ocean and surrounded by Maui’s, beautiful landscape. The living space was perfect for a couple. Huge wooden table in the kitchen with stools, modern sink, counter tops, fully stocked with really nice glassware, silverware, and storage containers. The full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher, all spotless. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This house is so clean, you can really feel the Aloha in this space. Beautiful lamps, window shades, leather sofa, most comfortable king sized bed and pillows. We slept with our sliding glass doors open, enjoying the cool night air of February. There are 2 sets of sliding glass doors looking out to the ocean and surrounding islands. Very safe and upscale neighborhood, It felt like vacationing like a rock star on a smaller scale. It’s all there, hot tub sauna , completely private, looking out at the ocean and Maui sunsets. A second jetted sauna on the side of the house, again private, surrounded by lush landscape with ocean views. Can I mention the outdoor shower again? Loved it!!! We were not ready to come home. Don’t hesitate to book here, it is better in person, pictures don’t capture all the beauty. Hutt and Greg are super hosts and super nice. Made us feel so welcome. Even had yummy Hawaiian snacks waiting on the counter, beautiful blooming orchids, I assumed they were silk, until one of the flowers wilted and dropped off during our stay. They are so hard to grow!
WiFi, and TV that links up with, Prime, Netflix, etc., central location in Kihei, easy to find and get to. The most beautiful beaches, dining, shopping, all minutes away, we were out exploring everyday. What a wonderful space to rest and recharge. Enjoy!!!

Hutt's place is by far one of the best AirBNB locations out there. If you are looking to stay within short driving distance of many things to do without being in a large resort or hotel complex, this is a perfect option. Hutt is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive and went out of his way to make our trip work. We got in SUPER late on our first night, and he had everything all set up for us. Can't emphasize his kindness and thoughtfulness enough - it really made our trip :). Can't wait to come back at some point in the future!

We had a great time during our January stay. Hutt's place is just as described! The views are unbelievable ---we saw several whales from the Lanai through binoculars that were stashed in the unit. Perfect Airbnb experience.

Hutt is an excellent host. He greeted us in person upon our arrival at the property and gave us a tour of the unit. He also explained the geography and culture of the surrounding area and offered his personal area activity and dining recommendations. The amenities are top notch. The kitchen was very well stocked with snacks and Hawaiian treats. There is a laminated list of local attractions and places to eat. Nice art work on the walls. The unit is quite private. In addition to the private hot tub next to the unit, you also have access to a larger shared hot tub that is perfect for sunset viewing. The overall aesthetics of the property, the individual unit, location, and charming hospitality are a wonderful combination that will bring us back for sure.

This was our third year staying here and it was magical as always! I am a nature lover while my classier boyfriend values having a stylish, clean place to stay, so this place is perfect for both of us. You will feel totally relaxed and surrounded by nature (bamboo, plants, flowers, and amazing views, lovely lanai and outdoor hot tubs) yet inside its a modern and pristine studio. Close to the town of Kihei with lots of food options, and close to some of maui's best beaches. Hutt responds almost immediately to every message and makes things super easy! Cant wait to come back for a fourth time.

There aren’t enough words to describe how absolutely perfect Hutt’s place is! First, Hutt is the epitome of an excellent host - weeks before we left for Maui he sent us tons of helpful information about restaurants, things to do, beaches to see, etc. He greeted us himself and gave us a little tour which was wonderful. This AirBnB is a true gem. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just up the hill from the Four Seasons and Fairmont, you are a stones throw away from some of the best beaches on the island without having to deal with mobs of tourists. The place itself is spectacular. The Studio is attached to the house but has a separate entrance and is sound proofed for total privacy. The view is out of this world and you could easily be tempted to spend your afternoon on the deck instead of the beach. Last but not least, Hutt and Greg were gracious hosts and promptly handled all of our requests (fresh towels, sheets, etc.). Would highly recommend to anyone and we will be back.

Very beautiful space with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. The place had everything we needed- blender, coffee maker, etc. The outdoor shower and hot tub were a highlight that we really enjoyed. I usually woke up and made coffee and sat on the patio to watch the sunrise. The beach chairs and umbrella were also a great addition to have. Easy access to beaches, 5-10 mins from most beaches on the south side. We really loved this place and agreed we would stay here again when we return.

Hutt’s place is so gorgeous and it’s even better than expected! There were two hot tubs and they are both perfectly located for sunset or star gazing. We also love the lanai where you can sit and enjoy some coffee. Hutt’s husband designed the house and it is not hard to see all the little thoughtful details of the layout. Hutt’s skyloft was such an amazing place to come home to after a long day of exploring the island! Perfectly situated in Kihei, you have easy access to Lahaina as well as upcountry, with plenty of great beaches within 5-20 min drive. We highly recommend Makena Beach for a quiet place to swim and relax or Black Rock Beach for snorkeling with the sea turtles.
Hutt and Greg are wonderful hosts - very responsive and helpful, with recommendations and thoughtful touches ensuring you have the best possible experience. They are onsite if you need them but also extremely respectful of your privacy. What an amazing experience! We booked Hutt's place online because the photos of the sunset views looked incredible, and while the photos are stellar, they just don't capture how marvelous the view truly is. We started nearly every morning enjoying that view with a cup of tea, and spent many evenings on the lanai watching the gorgeous yellow, orange and red hues of Hawaiian sunsets collect on the horizon. Then the sky opened up and we could stargaze in the hot tub. We saw several shooting stars above the twinkling lights of south Maui. If you're wondering if real life can live up to the amazing photos online...trust us. It does. Hutt was also so hospitable and welcoming -- from the small touches of Hawaiian gifts when we arrived to always being responsive if we had any questions about the area or apartment. The pre-arrival email was also the best I've ever seen on Airbnb; it was descriptive and included details and images of how to find the apartment which was super helpful even though we were arriving with plenty of daylight left. You knew exactly where to go a week or two before your flight. The apartment was polished and clean when we entered, and the landscaping around the property is really impressive. You have all the views you could ask for while having all the privacy you could need. We appreciated the thoughtful planning of the space that created that great combination of views and privacy. Hutt and Greg's accommodations also include access to helpful beach gear like chairs, towels, an umbrella and a large cooler. It made the logistical planning of heading down the short road to the beach that much easier. We loved Keawakapu Beach and it's only a five minute drive down the hill with ample parking. All in all, this was the best Airbnb experience we've had in our travels, and thanks to Hutt and Greg for sharing their home and their aloha warmth with their guests! We hope to return soon.

Hutt and Greg were great hosts and we absolutely loved our 1 week stay at their beautiful place! Hutt was very friendly, helpful and responsive both before our trip and while we were there. First of all the view - just gorgeous!!!! Not only from the lanai and the hot tub, but from the outdoor shower as well ... especially for sunset! I may never want to shower inside again The setting is very peaceful and quiet and very private. We never heard or saw anyone else while we were there and we slept really well with the screen doors open to the cool night air. It was great waking up to only the sounds of the birds singing! The home is the perfect size for 2; the space is beautiful and has everything you could want. The beach chairs and towels, cooler, beach umbrella and boogie boards made exploring Maui so easy, and the location is very convenient in a quiet residential neighborhood but yet close to anything you could want, including a great beach (Keawakapu). The kitchen was well equipped for fixing a quick breakfast before heading out each day (microwave and large toaster oven only though, no stove) and for afternoon happy hours; we checked out several of the restaurants nearby for dinner that Hutt recommended and thought his recommendations were spot on. Hutt also gave us tips about visiting Haleakala at sunrise. Don’t miss it - it was so amazing (you need to reserve a spot online and totally worth getting up at 2:30am to see and experience it!! We would definitely love to stay at Hutt and Greg’s place if we ever make it back to Maui. Mahalo!

This was the most amazing AirBnB experience ever. Hutt was so accommodating and lovely. There is nowhere else I would stay but here. The atmosphere is romantic and serene and you are close to the most amazing beaches. We just loved it so much and cannot wait to return. Truly magical. I have stayed in numerous AirBnB's and love the concept and so grateful that due to them we have had this amazing experience. There is nothing better than feeling welcome and safe and all that while being in paradise. We made our breakfast everyday here and watched the whales with the binoculars Hutt provided. One thing to note is that the kitchen does not have a burner so if you want to actually cook anything, you won't be able to.

A paradise within paradise tucked in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood overlooking the Pacific. Close to all of south Maui's offerings, but just far away enough from the traffic and crowds from the throngs of condos down on the main street. Wonderful ocean and island views. Outstanding house, OUTSTANDING hosts. The property has three rental units; we returned the extremely spacious downstairs studio for a week-long vacation. The unit has a large kitchen with lots of gadgets (toaster oven, microwave, incredible blender, etc.). Living room has a huge TV and Bluetooth sound bar. King bed is very comfortable. Even the bathroom has a view of the ocean. The lanai has plenty of lounging options day or night. Views from the hot tub are truly breathtaking. House even comes with 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler! The house is in a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Great location for anything in Kihei or Wailea. Not a far trip to any where else on the island. Grocery store and shops located just down the hill. The house was very secure and a property manager was in the premise during our stay. The only thing nicer than the house and the views of 5 other islands is the communication and service of Hutt (owner) and Martin (property manager). They both were graciously within a call or text away the entire time. They have truly earned their “Super Host” status.

My wife and I were on our 10th anniversary and wanted nice and private B&B without the craziness of a big resort. We loved our Hutt's property. He has a really nice property manager named Martin, who checked us in and gave us some great ideas of places to snorkel and some great beaches without the crowds. The house is really clean with great decor. It really felt like home. The back porch has a great view of the ocean and nice sunsets. The house is in a great central location to get to anything on the south side of Maui. It would also be a great spot if you wanted to make day trips to other areas of the island. We feel lucky that we chose Hutt's house for our vacation. It is just as nice as the fancy hotels and it allowed us to explore all that Maui has to offer without feeling like you had to stay at the beach in front of your resort. We are already talking about a second trip. I would recommend this house to anyone.

My fiancé and I chose this location after months of research and we were not disappointed when we arrived!! This is by far the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The house sits on a hill overlooking all of the south Maui coast and essentially has the infinity style view of the ocean. The sunsets are unreal on the back porch overlooking the water and outlying islands! The room was immaculate and very well designed. We also enjoyed having our own indoor and outdoor showers. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing in a very nice area of town and we would sleep with the large doors open at night since they had screened doors as well. If you're looking for a great honeymoon spot or family get away we highly recommend this airbnb!! Wow- this place is really special. Hutt and Greg are incredibly nice people and such gracious and perfect hosts. From the time we arrived, to the time we left, we absolutely loved this rental. The views are top notch, the studio is comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, and Hutt & Greg made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay (they even went above and beyond and purchased a brand new vanity mirror when my fiancé asked if she could borrow a standalone mirror for doing her make-up). The rental and the hosts were great, we'll definitely be back to stay here again.

No question about it. You should stay at Hutt and Greg's if get the chance. I'm a sucker for well designed spaces, and their studio was beautiful. Loved the patio, hot tub and kitchen (which was exceptionally well equipped with coffee maker, tea, dishwasher). Also appreciated the bottle of wine, granola bars and can of macadamia nuts that Hutt and Greg left as a welcome gift for us. My husband loved being able to take night shots of the meteor shower in the backyard. Communication with Hutt was great. Felt very welcome and enjoyed staying for a few nights in this beautiful place.

We came here for our honeymoon and had the BEST time. We met Hutt and Greg who were friendly and personable. They were easy to reach if we needed anything. The space itself is incredible. We loved having our own private patio, side yard and outdoor shower. We both felt like the photos on the website don't do it justice- I would definitely recommend staying here!!

This was by far our best Airbnb experience to date! The room was perfect and the view was spectacular! And, to top it off, Hutt went above and beyond. He was prompt and full of great information. We started our honeymoon at the studio and immediately regretted leaving so early in our trip. Book this studio ASAP!!

Hutt and Greg are FANTASTIC! The place is absolutely beautiful, quiet, private, relaxing, clean, and well stocked. We shared great conversation with our hosts when sought out, but otherwise they were very respectful of our space and privacy. The space is just incredible. You truly have the feel of being entirely secluded and private, but with easy access to basically everything. We were just minutes away from some of the best breakfast we've had at 808 bistro and the BEST snorkeling I've seen in Hawaii (and I live here) just 15 minutes down the road at Malauka Beach (turtle town). The view of the sunset from the hot tub is not to be missed and the outdoor shower is an absolute delight. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here when I visit Maui again!! Love these guys! Also, Chief (their beautiful golden retriever who is only in contact with you if you want it) is basically a rock star. Total sweetheart and basically a good enough reason to stay here!!

Greg and Hutt's studio is impeccable! The online pictures are gorgeous - but the property is even more beautiful and luxurious in person. The studio is connected to the main house but we had 100 percent privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's a great grill so we cooked dinner almost every evening. The property is so beautiful and comfortable that we preferred to spend our evenings in. Take note of the great hot tub, outdoor shower, patio and amazing view. Everything is brand new and spotless. The location is ideal as well. The beach is a ten minute (max) drive as is the shopping and restaurants in the luxury neighborhood of Wailea. Greg and Hutt are lovely hosts! Very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend their studio and plan on renting it again...and again...and again

Outstanding!!!! This glorious place was impeccable, elegant, sensual, beautiful, with hosts to match. Greg and Hutt were gracious, genuine, warm , friendly and very talented. Their home was one of a kind and designed by them. Their incredibly gifted son built it. They did everything in their power to make sure we were happy and comfortable, and had everything we needed, and more. The decor was exquisite, gorgeous unique artwork, the bed and bedding high quality, the grounds are lovely and well cared for, the sweeping ocean view breathtaking. We were greeted with delicious treats and a fabulous bottle of wine. The outdoor private shower is surrounded by tropical flowers and awesome ocean views. It is simply magical. We did not want to leave, and most definitely will be back,

We truly could not have had a better time at the sky studio. From the moment we pulled up and saw the view, we knew we were in for the ultimate Maui experience. The studio is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our hosts, Greg and Hutt were beyond hospitable, making sure we felt comfortable and supplying us with coffee and wine as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed ourselves so much we actually requested to stay two more nights which our hosts were happy to accommodate. As soon as we left we were already talking of coming back, which we will definitley do!
