My husband and I were renting the upstairs Skyloft unit and my sister was able to rent this downstairs suite in the same complex. These two spaces are conjoined through an inside door that is normally key-locked by the owners, Hutt and Greg. Because we rented both spaces as a family, Hutt and Greg kindly granted us access through the adjoining door. This allowed us to move seamlessly from one space to the next. Together, we were able to cook meals and enjoy the amazing sunsets in the Skyloft unit's full kitchen and expansive balcony. Separately, we were able to retreat to our private sanctuaries. This tastefully decorated suite is perfect for 1-2 travelers who want to be a bit above the fray of downtown Kihei with its crowds and traffic, yet still be within a 5 minute drive of it. While you won't be able to just walk around the corner for coffee or a quick bite to eat, the panoramic views, cool evening breezes and sunsets from this elevation are unparalleled. Hutt and Greg made everything flow so easily - just what every vacationer needs and wants. "The devil is in the details", and as many reviewers have already commented, Hutt and Greg got them oh so right.

We cannot recommend SkyPoint and Hutt & Greg enough - this is the ideal place to stay in Maui! We stayed in the Sky Suite which was spacious and comfortable. We found everything to be exactly as described in the listing, and even more beautiful than photos can convey. The property is quiet and scenic, and very convenient to many beaches and amenities. Even though there were other couples in the other units we barely saw or heard anyone and felt very private. We had one rainy day during our stay and found the space to be very comfortable even without the outdoor space. The lanai and hot tub are really great. Hutt was extremely helpful and generous throughout the process and a perfect host. Seriously - do yourself a favor and stay at Sky Point!

We enjoyed every day and felt the location was great for exploring the different parts of the island or relaxing in the hot tub or the lanai! The suite was spotless clean and so cozy... stay here you wont regret it!!

Our stay at Hutt's gorgeous property was nothing short of amazing. The condo was just as described in the listing, except even better than we could have gathered from the pictures. The views are incredible; perfect for reading a book and eating breakfast outside in the morning, for watching the sunset in the evening, and for star gazing at night. The inside is very well appointed and comfortable. You can tell that Greg and Hutt went the extra mile in selecting finishes (soft closing drawers and cabinets etc). Also, while there are 3 units on the property, it still feels very private, and we rarely ran into anyone else. We loved meeting Hutt (and his golden retriever, Chief!), and he couldn't have been a more gracious host. If and when we come back to Maui, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Hutt :)

We had an amazing stay at the Sky Suite. It was very clean and everything was very nice and as described. The sunset view from the hot tub was just stunning and even if we "shared" the hot tub with the other Suite, we had it every evening just for us and we're not even realizing that it's not just for our private use. ;) The check in and out procedure was very nice and easy. Many thanks to Martin! And we got great insider tips from him for awesome Ahi Poke, beaches and breakfast. We really can recommend this place as an awesome place to stay on Maui if you don't want to end up in the busy main tourist areas and you are looking for something more individual and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay with Hutt and Greg. The house is clean and beautiful with a great view of the ocean and close to beaches. They were very helpful and gave us great recommendations of places to swim and eat.

We just returned home from an incredible stay in Kihei! Our hosts Hutt and Greg were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The suite is absolutely beautiful and well-equipped with everything we could have needed. The view of the five islands is incredible and you have a perfect vantage point to watch the sunset from the large and comfortable deck. The location is ideal. It is less than 5 minutes from the restaurants, shops, and beaches at Kihei and Wailea and a convenient jumping-off point for other adventures on the island. The place is quiet and feels secluded and is a welcome change from over-crowded resorts. Thanks for having us! We can't wait to return!

My fiancé and I just spent 4 nights at Hutt and Greg's place. We loved it. Here is our impression: Location: It's located in a very quiet neighborhood on top of a hill. The views of the ocean and surrounding are amazing. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub. The condo is conveniently located just a few minute from several beaches and restaurants. The Suite: It's beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. There is so much attention to detail. The bed is very comfortable, the furniture and decorations are tasteful, and the outdoors shower is really nice and private . It was great to shower under the blue skies and the stars (There is another nice shower in the bathroom for convenience). The place is equipped with everything you'd need and they provide all the essentials for a day at the beach. The host: Hutt and Greg are very hospitable, friendly, and prompt to respond to our questions. We were very glad to have met them in person. We would definitely recommend Hutt and Greg's sky suite to friends and family. We had an amazing stay and cannot wait to come back.

We loved staying in the Sky-Suite and were very impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of our host. The suite was immaculate with local goodies and wine included. BETTER THAN PERFECT! No detail has been overlooked in this sweet suite that rivals any high end hotel. The description and photos in the listing are spot on and actually better in person. The residential location feels removed from the tourist scene while actually super convenient. You can get anywhere you want to be in Kihei and Wailea in just a few minutes. The layout is open and spacious while still offering privacy. We knew there were other guests on the property, but never actual saw anyone. The quiet mornings and evenings on the lanai with the expansive views of the sea and sunsets were just what the doctor ordered. Hutt and Greg are the very definition of gentlemen and went to great detail to make us feel welcome, comfortable and informed. They also help make sure you are respectful of their neighborhood which I appreciate. A true class act! Trust! Mahalo!
